After a short tour of Guayaquil by bus (that's when the guide told us about the iguanas being protected by law), we arrived at the airport to take a 90 minute flight to San Cristobal Island. Once we arrived, another bus ride to the docks and a panga (think Jacques Cousteau/Zodiac boat) ride to the Isabella II, our home on the Pacific for the next few days.
Hubby and I have been traveling the USA and a bit into Canada in Miss Winnie, our RV since 2006. We have also toured China, some of Europe, a bit of Northern Africa and Israel. To read about most of those journeys, go to www.rocksontheroad-racquelrhodes.blogspot.com.
